Dissatisfaction is increasing with AT&T services and this is not good news for AT&T who is the providers for Apple in the US for the last three years. A survey found 50 % of i-phone users waiting to switch over to Verizon once it gets Apple’s popular device. Another 34% were willing to switch to any other carrier if it sold the i-phone making it clear how deep the rot has set in. The popularity of the Apple’s smartphone could be one of the reasons for the customers not switching to another carrier. Network coverage, dropped calls and other issues have dissatisfied AT&T clientele. Verizon had a good customer satisfaction rate of about 29 percent of customers on any carrier said they would be willing to jump on over to Verizon for a non-AT&T iPhone. AT&T has put a brave face and preparing for the loss of its exclusivity.
